95% Advanced Payment of the total cost shall be paid against FIATA FCR of
the product readiness for the loading to the Buyer's Vessel approved by an independent
expert Surveying Company. 5% of remaining amount shall be paid after shipment as to
the Bill of Lading according to the Certificate of Weight.
